David Lawrence Obeng Mills
David joined PETROSOL in October 2021, tasked with the mandate of returning stakeholder value by building a purpose-driven, values-based, innovative, engaged and high performing workforce and culture that deliver on corporate strategy.
Prior to joining PETROSOL, he was the Head of HR Consulting at L’AINE Services, one of the leading HR consulting firms in Ghana, a position he held for two-and-a-half years. He was directly responsible for delivering bespoke HR consulting solutions to a wide array of clients in both the public and private sectors. He first joined L’AINE in 2016 and held various roles which include: Senior Strategy Officer, HR Consulting Manager and Head, Strategy and Business Support.
David is a certified Management Consultant and is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants, Nigeria. He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management and an MBA from Anglia Ruskin University. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Economics from University of Cape Coast.
